Summary: Izaya Orihara, top informant and infamous stomper of cellphones, just happens to get a message from his brother Germany. Wait, his brother Germany? Well, no one ever asked what became of Prussia ...

Chapter 1  An awesome world meeting, not far from Ikebukuro ...




After giving West one of his email addresses (Ore-samatoKotori-sama @ gmail . com), Prussia stood in front of his mirror and scrutinized himself.
Of course he still had those red eyes none of the other nations would ever forget, but his hair was black, having colored it only one week ago.
Stupid as it was, he stood there and wondered if the other nations were going to recognize him. He didn't have an ID card that could prove him to be the embodiement of Prussia. He did have Gilbird, but most nations didn't seem to notice that little bird. Well, maybe they would now, seeing as his hair was black and not white anymore. It was alot easier to see the little chick now. But would that be enough to recognize him?
He started pacing, being unusual unsure of himself. It had been a long time since he last saw West ... well, alright. Ten years or what weren't a long time, but he still worried about it. Maybe West had changed? Or maybe he himself had changed? Of course he had changed, but he hadn't changed too much, had he? In the end, there was only one thing he could do ...
"Gilbird? Have I changed?"
The bird chirped and shook its head. And that was enough to dissolve his worries.

"So, say Germany, is Prussia going to join us today?", Austria asked his neighbor, seeing as they tended to stand next to each other, waiting for the meeting to beginn. England and France were still fighting over something, so everything was delayed.
"He said he was going to look in a bit, but he didn't tell me much more. And since then he hasn't replied ...", answered Germany and took out his phone at the same time. Austria looked surprised.
"You didn't talk to him in person?"
The German shook his head.
"I wrote him one message to look if the number was still working. After his reply I wanted to call him, but then Italy hugged me, made me eat pasta and- you know how it goes."
Austria nodded and opened his mouth to reply, but it was surprisingly Japan who interrupted him.
The black haired nation stood at the podium, reapeatedly clearing his throat, trying to draw attention to himself. It took a warning shot from Switzerland's side to make the rest of the nations notice.
Backing down quietly, because no one wanted to anger Switzerland, everyone sat down on the asigned seats and waited for Japan zu begin.

The second the nation wanted to start, the doors flew open with a loud bang and everyone turned to look at the latecomer.

"No worries! The awesome me is here!"

Groans did the round and someone asked 'Why did we invite him again?', but unwavering Prussia strode towards Germany, who turned around just now.

"Yo, West, how're you?"

"Pr-Prussia?", the german Nation asked, seemingly surprised by the new style of his brother.

It wasn't every day that you saw your albino brother with black hair. And he definitely hadn't known his brother had a soft spot for fur.

"Brother, ... you ... look different.", he said, seeing an unfamiliar spark in Prussia's eyes.

"Ah, you're imaginging things.", replied the ex-nation coolly and sat down next to his brother, having indeed an unfamiliar expression on his face.
Being Izaya Orihara for years did have some sideeffects, it seemed.
Though Germany still stared at him -and he DID notice the disapproving look Austria was giving him!- he waved at Japan, greeting the nation who actually taught him japanese.
"You continue there, Japan.", he told the nation and nodding, the black-haired man did so.
